About me

My name is Mira Kaltenbach, and when I was younger, I always dreamed of becoming a princess.

But honestly - who didn’t have that dream as a child? Quite early on, I realized that what truly fascinated me was weddings.

After completing my studies in International Business Management with a focus on Event Management, I also completed professional training as a wedding planner. That was the moment I knew that my dream of becoming a wedding planner was no longer far away.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to gain extensive experience in the wedding industry - from weddings in Bali, to weddings in Germany, and now luxury weddings in Mallorca. These experiences have shaped me tremendously and allowed me to build a strong background within the luxury wedding segment.

Today, I have the privilege of working in what I truly believe is one of the most beautiful professions in the world, and I look forward to it every single day.

And let’s be honest - this job is so much better than being a princess :)

Welcome

I studied in Heidelberg and, alongside my studies, worked in a bridal boutique for five years. Very quickly, I discovered how naturally my love for weddings combined with my passion for design and fashion.

Ceremony

Through my many travels and moves, I decided to pursue wedding planning abroad. As a result, I spent several months living in Bali during the wedding season, where I had the opportunity to bring beautiful weddings to life.

Cocktail

As soon as I returned to Germany, I worked as a wedding planner, event manager, and location manager. During that time, I also expanded my skills in social media and gained extensive experience in planning and executing events.

Dinner

At the beginning of 2025, I took the step of moving to Mallorca to work there for two wedding seasons. Here, I have the opportunity to create beautiful luxury weddings for an international clientele.

Party in Paris

By the end of 2026, I would love to move to Paris. I have visited the city many times, and it truly captured my heart. I have always dreamed of building my future in Paris and pursuing my passion for weddings in the city I love most. I would be incredibly excited to become part of the Alejandra Poupel Events team and to create beautiful weddings and unforgettable experiences together in the years to come.

Working with Mira feels less like working with a wedding planner and more like planning your wedding alongside a close friend. From the very beginning, she has created such a warm, trusting, and enjoyable atmosphere while always remaining incredibly professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. What we appreciate most is not only her beautiful taste and creative vision, but also her honesty, experience, and ability to always give the right advice when we need it most. She truly listens to our wishes, supports us throughout every decision, and makes the entire process feel effortless and exciting at the same time. Mira has the rare ability to combine a personal, caring approach with a high level of professionalism, which makes us feel completely comfortable and confident throughout this journey.
